Personal vehicle entry

Rules for entry, parking and driving personal vehicles within the ICBC Khorgos territory.

Paid parking for cars, trucks and buses operates on the territory of Checkpoint-1 Complex. Vehicles are placed in specially designated areas marked with road markings by transport category.

Entry procedure

Parking payment

Payment at ticket counters in front of Block B or via QR code.

Vehicle placement

Park according to the transport category in designated areas.

Access control

Entry to the checkpoint area — only with passes of the established form.

Parking rates

Passenger car

Up to 3 hours — 500 ₸, over 3 hours — 1,000 ₸ / day.

Minibus / SUV

Up to 3 hours — 700 ₸, over 3 hours — 1,500 ₸ / day.

Truck / Bus

Up to 3 hours — 1,000 ₸, over 3 hours — 2,000 ₸ / day.

Warning: unauthorized parking results in vehicle towing at the owner's expense.
