The following documents should be attached to the application for registration of a person as a participant in the SEZ

application form in the form approved by the authorized body;
certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity;
copy of the identity document of the first head of the applicant;
copy of the charter;
copy of the decision of the supreme body of the legal entity – the applicant to implement activities in the territory of the special economic zone;
copy of financial statements as of the last reporting date signed by the first
head of the applicant legal entity or the person replacing him as well as the chief accountant;
a certificate from the state revenue authority at the place of registration of the presence or absence of tax arrears and other obligatory payments to the budget.

Additional documents:
confirmation of financial security at least 50% of the project cost;
an extract from a servicing bank on the movement of money in the applicant’s bank accounts and a credit report from a credit bureau;
work schedule according to the form;
investment capital development schedule according to form.

An application for registration of a person as a participant in the SEZ is submitted in accordance with the form approved by the authorized body.

If the submitted documents comply with the established requirements within 10 business days from the date of application submission an agreement is concluded to conduct activities as a SEZ participant with the Management Company, a copy of which no later than the next business day from the date of conclusion of the contract is sent to a single coordinating center and state revenue authorities.

Information on the conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of activities as a participant in the SEZ is posted on the Internet resource of the single coordination center.

Within five working days after receiving from the SEZ Management Company a copy of the agreement on the implementation of activities as a participant in the SEZ, the Unified Coordination Center enters information on the applicant into the unified register of participants in special economic zones and issues a CERTIFICATE certifying the registration of a person as a participant in the special economic zone.

After receiving a Certificate certifying the registration of a person as a member of the SEZ, the SEZ Management Company transfers to the SEZ Participant a land plot for temporary secondary land use (sublease) free of charge in accordance with the established procedure.

From the moment of receiving the Certificate certifying the registration of a person as a participant in the SEZ, the SEZ participant has the right to enjoy the benefits and preferences provided for by the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To apply for registration as a participant in the SEZ need to provide
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

FOR LEGAL ENT
application form in the form approved by the authorized body;
certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity;
copy of the identity document of the first head of the applicant;
copy of the charter;
copy of the decision of the supreme body of the legal entity – the applicant to implement activities in the territory of the special economic zone;
copy of financial statements as of the last reporting date, signed by the first head of the applicant legal entity or the person replacing him, as well as chief accountant;
certificate from the state revenue authority at the place of registration of availability
or absence of tax debts and other obligatory payments to the budget.

Additional documents:
premises lease agreement/or services agreement on the territory of the SEZ;
certificate from bank about the availability of a current account.

FOR INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS
application form in the form approved by the authorized body;
copy of the identity document of the applicant registered as an individual entrepreneur;
certificate of the state revenue authority at the place of registration of availability or absence of tax debts and other obligatory payments to the budget.

Additional documents:
premises lease agreement/or services agreement on the territory of the SEZ;
certificate from the bank about the availability of a current account.

An application for registration of a person as a participant in the SEZ is submitted in accordance with the form approved by the authorized body. If the submitted documents comply with the established requirements within 10 working days from the date of application, an agreement is concluded carrying out activities as a participant in the SEZ with the Management Company, a copy of which no later than the next business day from the date of conclusion of the contract sent to a unified coordination center and state revenue authorities.

Unified coordination center within five working days after receiving from SEZ management company copies of the agreement on the implementation of activities as SEZ participant enters information about the applicant in the unified register of participants of special economic zones and issues a CERTIFICATE certifying the registration of a person in as a participant in a special economic zone.
SEZ participant from the moment of receiving a Certificate confirming the registration of a person in as a member of the SEZ has the right to enjoy benefits and preferences, provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

PROVIDING SERVICES

If there is no need to rent premises during the implementation
activities as a participant in the SEZ, you must have an agreement on
the providing of services in the territory of SEZ with persons engaged in activities
in the territory of SEZ.
