History

2005 — creation of JSC "International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation "Khorgos". The purpose of creation was the implementation of an international project. During this period, the company carried out the construction of infrastructure and infrastructure facilities, after which it became the governing body of the International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation "Khorgos" and represented the interests of the Kazakh part of the Center.
2017 — the Center received the status of a special economic zone.
2019 — receipt of the status of the management company of the special economic zone by JSC "International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation "Khorgos", which led to the renaming to JSC "Management Company of the Special Economic Zone "International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation "Khorgos".
2020 — rebranding and reorganization of the company in accordance with the requirements of the current time in order to implement the tasks set.

Functions

Interaction with government agencies on the functioning of special economic zones;
Provision of land plots for secondary land use or use (sublease) and provision of infrastructure facilities for lease (sublease) to participants of the special economic zone and persons engaged in auxiliary activities;
Conclusion and termination of agreements on the implementation of activities;
Attracting participants of the special economic zone;
Attracting investments for the construction of infrastructure facilities and for the implementation of other activities of special economic zones;
Monitoring the fulfillment of the terms of agreements on the implementation of activities;
Development of a special economic zone development plan;
Development of a marketing strategy for a special economic zone;

Conducting marketing research on the creation of new production facilities in the special economic zone;
Carrying out activities for the development and promotion of special economic zones;
Attracting investments for the implementation of industrial-innovative and investment projects in the special economic zone;
Interaction and work with potential participants of special economic zones, applicants, participants of special economic zones on the principle of "one window";
Provision of utility, logistics and service services.
